The Mobile App is developed for the Collection Department facilitates Collection Executive to collect past dues, EMI of the customers. The collection data is assigned to each Collection Executive which is viewed in the form of OPEN task in the Mobile App. When the Collection Executive approaches to the customer and collect the deposit or update the information in the Mobile App , the visit to that particular customer can be viewed in the ACTION task.
