SEEDS Budgam

SEEDS (Seamless End to End Delivery of Service) has been developed by district administration Budgam in order to augment the service delivery in the district. URL of the portal is https://budgam.jk.gov.in/seeds. All the portal links that provide online services in district are available on this Single Digital Gateway. Besides, SEEDS Budgam has compendium of online services, a compendium of concerned contacts, a compendium of CSCs, formats/ guidelines of services not granted online as of now, a feedback section to improve the service delivery and a video explaining the SEEDS app. All this is available in search mode also. SEEDS Budgam is a new technological intervention (innovation) in this area that acts as “Guide to the Online Government Public Services” enabling citizens to access services effectively and efficiently.
