WHAT YOU CAN DO

Choose what your bike needs, pick a time, and confirm.

- Set your pickup point accurately
Use your current location or save the addresses you use
most, so you never have to type them again.

- Add your bike's details once
Store your make, model, and registration so every booking
starts with the right information.

- Show the problem, don't describe it
Attach photos of the fault so the mechanic knows what
they're dealing with before they arrive.

- Track your booking
See the status of your service from pickup through to
return.

- Keep a service history
Every past booking stays in one place, so you always know
when your bike was last serviced.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Sign in with Google or your phone number
2. Add your bike and pick a service
3. Set your pickup location and confirm the booking
4. A mechanic collects your bike
5. Pay directly once the work is done

PAYMENT

You pay the mechanic directly in cash or by UPI once the
service is complete. Motospot does not take payment inside
the app.

PERMISSIONS

Motospot asks for location access only while the app is
open, and only to place an accurate pickup point on your
booking. You can decline and enter an address manually
instead. We never track your location in the background.
