Guys don't install or even purchase anything from this app , I received my orders on COD timely but when I paid using UPI they took the amount and haven't delivered the product I ordered the product on Dec 19 th it's a been a month and no updates also !!!! Everytime the say it's in customs clearance don't really know which type of custom they are Getting it sourced from and what is the challenge moreover there is no customer care or online live chat to address customer problems!
Worst app ever! They are fraud u shouldn't buy a single product from this app and even if you are ordering never do online payment because they'll take your money and not deliver your product also. I ordered 3 months ago some products worth Rs 4,870 from this app and its delivery was on 16 th of dec and today is 26 th Jan and still i haven't received my product. So please choose other sites never order from this app

2025-01-25	CA*****	I'm extremely disappointed. I trusted this app deeply, but now I'm hesitant to order again. I purchased four units of perfume products and paid the full amount, but only received two units. To make matters worse, both of those units were expired.

I placed a prepaid order of Rs 4164 on 10/12/24 & it was about to reach me max by 02/01/25.It is 22/01 already today & still there has been absolutely no communication from their end as when will I receive my order. There is no customer care number or chat through which I can connect with an executive. They only have support mail & I have been trying to reach them out since almost a month now to when will I receive my product or to cancel the order but in vain.

2025-01-20	Ki*****	Very unreliable source. My product got cancelled 3 times and even my friends order got cancelled 2 times even after paying. Though they refunded, their reason for getting cancelled was out of stock and if that was the case then the product should have been removed from availability. Not happy with the service

But there's also a downside, for first time buyers just know MGS products take a lot of time to be delivered it can be months (4,5,6 noone know)and you also have to pay full price for them. Other than that it's one of the best kbeauty shopping apps out there.

But there's also a downside, for first time buyers just know MGS products take a lot of time to be delivered it can be months (4,5,6 noone know)and you also have to pay full price for them. Its irritating and tiring because I have to cancel the ad 5 times just to open a random product photo. Earlier the app was really smooth but now its trash. Many times I place order from some other app just to save myself from unnecessary glitches on this app.

So I asked the customer service but even they don't know. I asked to cancel my order and refund me but they said it's not upto them. So tell me am i getting my order or not. 2025-01-09	Po*****	I love this app and have been using it for years. It's my favourite skincare product app even when in starting the UI of both website and app was mess. I never had any issues with MSG product being delivered in 3-3.5 months because you are giving me access to my fav products and delivering me genuine one. I'm also fine with tracking and customer care issue as long as I get my products. But I HATE being forced into updating app every other day it damper my excitement to update every other use.
