Locate Charger: EV Charging

Find EV charging stations near you, anywhere in India:
Locate Charger puts nearly 2,000 public charging stations for electric vehicles on a map, sorted by distance, with the connectors and power ratings each one offers.

Charger status comes from drivers who were actually there, and it always appears with its age. "Reported free, 20 minutes ago" is useful.

Station Filtering: CCS2, Type 2, CHAdeMO, Bharat DC or a 3-pin socket. Narrow by AC or DC fast charging, and by minimum power - 7 kW, 22 kW, or 50 kW and up.

A station matches only if one single connector meets everything you asked for. You are never sent across town to a site whose fast charger turns out to take a different plug.

BUILT FOR ACTUAL DRIVING

Search any place by name and the map goes there. Tap a charging station for its address, distance, connectors and current status, then hand off to Google Maps for turn-by-turn directions.

Save the chargers you use so they are one tap away on any phone you sign in to.

HELP THE NEXT DRIVER -
Arrived and found it free, in use, or broken? One tap tells the next driver, and shows them when you said it.

Charger not where the map said it would be? Tell us and we will get the record corrected.

COVERAGE, WITHOUT THE SALES PITCH
Coverage is densest in the metros, where you will usually find several options within a few kilometres. Many smaller cities have a handful, and some have none. The app tells you that plainly rather than showing an empty map with no explanation.

FREE, WITH NO CATCH -
No charge, no advertising, nothing to buy, and no tracking of any kind.

Browse the entire app without an account. Sign in with Google only if you want to report a charger or save one - that keeps reports accountable and your saved list with you.
