JustXpress Staff App

JustXpress Staff App is the internal working tool for the JustXpress Worldwide team. It puts the same information the office dashboard holds into the hands of the people who are out of the office, so a courier at a customer's door and a manager in a meeting are both looking at the same shipment.

This app is for JustXpress employees only. A JustXpress account is required to sign in.

SHIPMENTS
Search every shipment by AWB, tracking number, forwarder number or consignee name, and find it whatever state it is in. Open a shipment to see the carrier's full scan history, its expected delivery date, and both clocks that matter: when the carrier last reported movement, and when we last checked. Ask a carrier for a fresh update on the spot rather than waiting for the next scheduled check.

Shipments that have not moved in over 24 hours are flagged automatically, with how long they have been sitting still and where they were last seen.

PROOF OF DELIVERY
Photograph the parcel at the door, record who received it, and have it attached to the shipment straight away.

LEADS AND QUOTES
Log a new enquiry while you are still with the customer. Move a lead through the pipeline, raise a quotation, turn it into a booking and schedule the pickup, with each step linked to the one before it so nothing is lost between them.

PICKUPS
See what is due for collection, with the address and contact to hand.

TICKETS
Raise and answer customer issues, with the shipment already attached so nobody has to look it up.

WHATSAPP
Reply to customer conversations from the business number, so messages come from the company rather than from a personal phone.

ATTENDANCE
Punch in and out, including by face scan at a fixed kiosk, and apply for leave.

REPORTS
For managers: revenue by month, country and courier, top customers, employee performance, and an operations view showing which shipments are ageing, which carriers are running late, and which destinations are holding parcels up.

NOTIFICATIONS
Push alerts for new leads, follow-ups falling due, unanswered customer messages and new tickets, each opening directly on the record it is about.

WHY THE APP ASKS FOR PERMISSIONS
Camera: to photograph proof of delivery, to scan barcodes, and to capture faces at the attendance kiosk.
Location: to stamp a pickup with where it happened and to confirm you are at an attendance place.
Biometrics: to unlock the app without retyping your password.
Notifications: to alert you to work that needs attention.
