Built for students, parents, teachers, and administrators, it brings every part of the academy — admissions, attendance, fees, schedules, tests, assignments, and announcements — into one secure, easy-to-use app. Whether you're a parent tracking your child's progress or an admin running day-to-day operations, everything you need is a tap away.

Built for the whole academy

Just Concepts Academy supports five clearly separated roles, each with a tailored experience:

• Students — view your batch schedule, daily attendance, assignments, test results, fee status, and announcements. Get instant notifications when a new class is scheduled or when results are published.

• Parents — stay informed without chasing teachers. Receive a daily attendance summary at a time set by the academy, plus alerts for upcoming tests, fee dues, holidays, and important announcements about your child.

• Teachers — see the classes assigned to you, mark classroom attendance, share assignments and tests, and message your batches in seconds.

• Staff — handle admissions, fee collection, lead follow-ups, and front-desk queries from a single dashboard.

• Admins / Super-admins — manage courses, batches, classrooms, facilities, holidays, notification rules, HRM, support tickets, biometric attendance sync (eTimeOffice), and WhatsApp/email/push messaging — all from one control panel.

Smart, batch-aware attendance

Attendance is fully aware of each batch's schedule. Admins set the exact weekdays and timings of every batch, and the app automatically:

• Counts only scheduled class days when calculating attendance percentage. • Skips holidays and non-class days — so missing a Sunday never counts against a student. • Combines biometric punches (via eTimeOffice integration) with classroom attendance for accurate, real-time records. • Shows in-time and out-time wherever a biometric punch is available. • Sends a personalised daily summary to parents at a time configured by the academy — and stays silent on days with no scheduled class.

Notifications you can actually trust

A built-in rules engine lets admins design notifications around real events: new class scheduled, attendance marked, daily summary, fee reminders, test results, holiday alerts, and custom announcements. Notifications are delivered via Firebase Cloud Messaging and appear instantly in your Android notification tray — even when the app is closed.

Fees, tests, and assignments — all in one place

Track pending fees and payment history, view upcoming tests with syllabus and results, and access assignments shared by teachers. Parents and students always know what's due and what's coming next.

Designed for Indian coaching institutes

All schedules, attendance windows, and notification timings work in India Standard Time. The biometric integration is purpose-built for eTimeOffice devices commonly used in Indian campuses. WhatsApp and email broadcasts are first-class citizens alongside push notifications.

Privacy and security first

Every account is protected by email + password authentication. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), protected by role-based access control, and isolated using row-level security in the database. We never sell personal data, and biometric fingerprints are never stored — only the employee/student code used to look up punches from the attendance device.

• Notifications — to deliver class, attendance, fee, and announcement alerts. • Internet — required to communicate with academy servers.

Account access

Just Concepts Academy is a private app for enrolled students, their parents, and the academy's staff. Accounts are created by the institute — there is no public sign-up.
