2024-07-13	Th*****	Itsy bitsy app is absolutely of no use. They had their website with the same name and with endless variety of craft supplies. Now they have switched to App version as i suppose since their website is no longer active/working, the App is absolutely rubbish, only decorated with banners but poor options to purchase items. This is exactly what happens with most business, when the business sustains they take some decisions like this one where they upset their loyal customers to go somewhere else.

I recently ordered the Itsy Bitsy Chalk Paints for my son and he really liked it. He even finished the entire set within a week of creating. This app also promotes creativity as there is a huge selection of art or craft supplies. I recommend buying art or craft supplies from this app as it will surprise you with the best quality supplies at a really cheap rate

2023-07-20	Ha*****	The worst app that i've ever used! I have to login and enter OTP everytime I open it. There is not option for settings in the app, nor can you track your order via the app. I also never received any email notifications for my order. The helpline team isn't available most of the time! The app was down today and now there are no options to filter any items.

2023-06-02	Ya*****	Application keeps on crashing after scrolling 5 6 times. Please work on that. Points redeemed are not deducted from order total, and they are removed from main balance also. Add one more option in 'Sort' during sale, price filter option. User is provided with option for items based on price in one segment like items between 1 to 50, 50 to 100 or items under 50, under 100 and so on.

And they don't even have all products shown.Even if you have a default address, you still have to set the address every time. And some times it takes almost a week more than the expected delivery date shown. And worst of all, they do not respond to mails and you have to pay shipping charges if you don't accept the order which they don't tell you first hand and also it jas already been a month but I haven't received the refund.
