MPLADS e-SAKSHI

MPLADS-eSAKSHI is the official mobile application for managing works under the Members of Parliament Local Area Development Scheme (MPLADS). The application serves as a unified digital platform for Members of Parliament, State Nodal Authorities, District Authorities, and Implementing Agencies, enabling seamless coordination and efficient management of MPLADS works. Through the app, Hon'ble MPs can recommend development works for their constituencies, while the concerned authorities can process proposals, accord sanctions, and monitor implementation in a transparent and time-bound manner. The application also facilitates real-time tracking of works and allows officials to update progress at every stage of execution. In addition, photographs of completed assets can be uploaded through the app, ensuring proper documentation and visibility of outcomes created under the Scheme. By bringing all stakeholders onto a single platform, MPLADS-eSAKSHI enhances transparency, accountability, and efficiency in the implementation and monitoring of public development projects.
