Seems overstaffed as utilising for such tasks. 1.Pre boarding check with sticker at gate 2.Checking in boarding queue 3.Scanning by boarding gate 4.Checking before entering aerobridge 5. Scanning before entering plane. Five separate staff members doing this in all my flight experience

Neither I have received a single notification or a announcement. i arrived new boarding gate before 20 minutes of departure. The stuff told me that they can't do anything, already boarded gate has closed. Their reply was this is silent airport, we can't do anything. I didn't even get a single call or notification from staff. very poor service of India's largest air network.

2026-08-28	T *****	TLDR - best option is simply avoid booking with Indigo. The app is broken - OTPs not working correctly, unknown errors preventing password being set, even the website itself is malfunctioning and doesn't recognise booking details... and all the while the clock is ticking and I'm trying to check in. Basically a total nightmare for travellers!! Any unfortunate people stuck trying to navigate their system have my sympathy!!
TLDR - best option is simply avoid booking with Indigo. 2026-08-27	Pr*****	Horrible app, Poor ease of navigation. Log out's automatically if not opened in a week. Saved an upcoming trip, 5 days before web-check in with Bluchip ID, but app shows no upcoming trip. Dumb app.
