I used to love this app, but, with the latest version, this app keeps on crashing. Is there any fix available?

Great app, but after having to factory reset my phone, it keeps telling me my installation is not licensed. I’m supposed to contact if this is incorrect, but the app is giving me no way to do this, and everything I try just keeps giving me the same message. Help?
