GGI ERP Application – Description

The GGI ERP Application is a centralized digital platform designed to manage and automate academic and administrative activities within an educational institution. The system is developed for multiple users including Admin, Head of Department (HOD), Teachers, Students, Course Directors, and Academic Staff. It follows a role-based access control mechanism, ensuring that each user can access only the features relevant to their responsibilities. This enhances security, privacy, and workflow management.

The attendance module allows teachers to mark attendance digitally, while students can view their records in real time. HODs can analyze attendance patterns and identify irregularities. The timetable module enables easy scheduling and viewing of class timetables for both students and faculty, ensuring proper time management.

The result management system allows uploading of university and MST results, along with performance analysis and internal mark calculation. This helps in tracking academic progress and improving student performance. Teachers can upload study materials, syllabus, and course handouts, which students can access anytime. Assignments can also be shared and submitted digitally, making the learning process more flexible.

The application includes a real-time notification system that keeps users updated about announcements, attendance alerts, and events.
