User friendly app, also sone pe suhaga is ur coach also doing the same exercise with u and motivating u for that one more rep... All in all best application till date for working out.. best investment ever. There are all kinds of workouts be it strength training, cardio or core. It's a complete package in one app. Just go for it!!
