Edzen

EdZen is a modern school ERP built for Indian educational institutions. It brings students, classes, attendance, examinations, fees, timetables, transport and everyday school communication into one calm, dependable workspace.

With EdZen, students and authorised staff can:

• View attendance and school timetables
• Access homework, classwork and learning attachments
• Check examinations, results and academic information
• View fee balances, payment history and receipts
• Receive school announcements and in-app messages
• Submit and manage leave requests
• Schedule and manage parent-teacher meetings
• Access transport routes and boarding information
• View employee attendance and payroll information where enabled

EdZen focuses on the everyday details—accurate fee receipts, fast attendance, clear timetables and easy access to school information—so institutions can focus on what matters most: teaching, learning and running a great school.

EdZen is available to participating educational institutions. A school code and an account provided by your institution are required to sign in. Available features may vary depending on the modules enabled by your school.

For authorised teachers and drivers, EdZen may use location while attendance is being marked to verify that the user is within the permitted school location. Location information is not used for advertising.
