EduSmartHub Bus Scanner

EduSmartHub Bus Scanner is a staff tool for school bus drivers and
caretakers. It replaces paper attendance sheets with a fast barcode
scan, so every child is accounted for on the way to school and on the
way home.

HOW IT WORKS
Sign in with your school code and staff account. The app loads your
route, your stops and the students assigned to them. Point the camera
at a student ID card and the boarding is recorded instantly, with a
clear confirmation on screen so the driver knows it registered without
having to look twice.

- Works without a signal. Scans are queued on the device and sync
automatically once the bus is back in coverage.
- Separate morning and afternoon modes, so pick-up and drop-off are

Every scan reaches the EduSmartHub platform in real time, giving the
school office an accurate live picture of which students are on which
bus.
