Strivo Fit

A comprehensive gym and user management system designed to streamline operations, enhance the user experience, and improve member engagement. The system will provide tools for tracking attendance, exercise schedules, progress, and various health metrics, ultimately contributing to a more effective and rewarding fitness journey for users.

ON YOUR WEAR OS WATCH

Strivo Fit brings your training to your wrist. Start a workout from the watch and track it as you go with live heart rate from your watch's sensor, log your sets between exercises, and check your daily activity — steps, distance, calories and hydration — without reaching for your phone.

TILE

Strivo Fit includes a tile you can add next to your watch face, so your training status is one swipe away. When a workout is running the tile shows the workout name and your live heart rate, and tapping it takes you straight back into the app to carry on. When nothing is running the tile shows a prompt to begin, and a tap opens the app so you can start training.

Your workouts, sets and health metrics sync with your Strivo account, so what you record on the watch is there in the Strivo app.

Note: this watch app is a companion to the Strivo app and requires the phone app to sign in.
