laundry helpers — who want verified work, fair pay, and steady income.

• Accept, start, and complete jobs from a simple state-machine view.
No paperwork, no follow-up calls.

• In-app chat with the customer. Send a quick "On my way" text or a
voice note in your own language. Customer phone numbers are never
shared between users.

• Track today's, this week's, and this month's earnings. See exactly
what you've earned and what's pending.

• Toggle "Available now" on when you have free time. Customers who
want immediate help are routed to whoever is online and nearest.

• Receive payment confirmations the moment the customer pays. No
awkward back-and-forth about money — Eazo handles it.

• Build a 5-star rating. Customer reviews and stars stack up across
bookings, making future job assignment easier.

• Switch between English and हिंदी any time.


VERIFIED, RESPECTED, FAIRLY PAID

Eazo verifies every helper through Aadhaar and society documents before
they can accept paid work. This protects you (customers know you're
real) and protects them. Our admins review applications within 24 to
48 hours.

We negotiate fair hourly rates with residential societies and pass
through the full amount to you, minus a small platform fee.


HOW IT WORKS

1. Download Eazo Pro and sign up with your phone number.
2. Complete a short profile — name, society, skills, experience.
3. Upload your Aadhaar (front + back) and Society Verification Card.
Our team reviews within a day.
4. Once approved, toggle Available and start accepting jobs.


SAFETY AND PRIVACY

• Phone numbers are never shared between customers and helpers — all
communication goes through the in-app chat thread.
• Aadhaar uploads are visible only to Eazo administrators, never to
customers.
• You can request your data or delete your account at any time by
writing to support@eazo.in.
