I ordered a product under sale. After a couple of days, they auto-cancelled the order. Product is still available online, they canceled my order because order was placed at discounted price. A cheap tactics used by a company as big as Reliance. They should fulfill their order promises.

Reliance Belapur entered wrong pincode address even after i remembered them about the location being Ulwe . Still executive entered Nerul pincode. So delivery had lot of trouble and even installation was not done because of wrong pincode. I had to make 24 calls to get my installation and delivery done. Very bad experience. Now I am worried about my 1 year service as they have entered wrong pin code. Now I have to suffer for annual company services because of wrong pincode.
