Lytho: Stone Management App

Lytho is the operational backbone for marble and stone yards. Run your yard from a phone: every block arriving, every slab cut, every hold for a regular customer, every sale, every truck dispatch — recorded and reconciled with full offline support.

What Lytho does:
• Inventory: tracks blocks and slabs with photos, defects, and dimensions (auto-converts between inches, cm, mm, and feet)
• Hold → Sale → Dispatch: three distinct first-class events that match how Indian marble traders actually work
• Production: log block-to-slab cutting across machines; mark dead stock; consolidate slab lots
• Party ledger: every customer's outstanding balance, with sale and payment history
• Truck logistics: receive trucks with two-step inventory confirmation; dispatch with multi-buyer support; full cascade-aware delete
• Cash flow: clean inbound/outbound payment view (not a tax ledger — focused on real cash movement)

What Lytho is NOT:
• Not a billing or GST app — your accounting software remains the system of record for tax invoices, GST returns, and statutory books. Lytho records what actually happened in the yard; your billing software computes what's legally owed.

Privacy:
• Zero-knowledge encryption: keys never leave your device. Photos, party names, slab dimensions, ledger balances — all encrypted at rest. Even Lytho's servers can't read them.
• Optional crash reporting (off by default)
• Optional AI stone identification via Google Gemini (off by default, photos sent only when you ask)
• Account export + delete tools available from Settings
