Accessibility Service Disclosure:
Cosmo uses Android’s AccessibilityService API for the Scanify feature to help users identify and analyze food products while browsing supported shopping apps and websites. This allows Cosmo to detect product information displayed on the screen and provide instant health insights and healthier alternatives in real time.

The AccessibilityService feature is:
• Optional and disabled by default
• Only activated with explicit user permission
• Used solely to provide on-screen product recognition and health analysis
• Not used to collect personal data, passwords, payment information, or sensitive user activity
• Not used to change device settings, control the device remotely, or interfere with other apps

Users can disable Accessibility access for the Scanify feature anytime from Android Settings.
