Officer names, corporations, and wards are copied from publicly published official directories for citizen reference only. City Grid does not guarantee government action or repair timelines and is not an official government submission portal.

City Grid helps Bengaluru citizens report civic issues — potholes, open manholes, stray dogs, and more — while keeping identity private on public maps. See neighborhood issues on a live map, check weather before you ride, plan trips with hazard awareness, and track your reports. More Indian cities will be added when official municipal directories are verified.

Signed-in dashboard: Open, In Progress, Completed — with photos, location, severity, notes, and timestamps. Pull to refresh. Guests can browse neighborhood All Issues from the shared city feed.

MAP
Bengaluru map with GPS, place search, and street names. Filter by issue type and severity; clusters; area heat map; All Issues with View all (list, bar, pie). Tap a report for photos and status. Refresh pulls the latest from the server.

WEATHER ON THE MAP
Now, 1h, 3h, 6h, 12h, 24h rain and cloud outlook with a rain legend. Heat map and weather do not show together.

TRIP AND UNCONFIRMED
Navigate on the map. Optional road-facing camera can flag possible potholes; uncertain captures go to Unconfirmed (Reject, Edit, or Confirm as pothole, speed breaker, bump, ditch, and more). Trip alerts warn about reported hazards on your route. Confirmed speed breakers show as a yellow-black strip (personal until several people confirm, then shared). Confirmed items can appear as unregistered marks on your map.

SOS AND EMERGENCY
SOS on Home. India helplines 112, 100, 101, 102, 108 (sources above). Nearby hospitals, police, fire, and roadside assist where available. For emergencies, call official services.

ACCOUNTABILITY
Bengaluru reports are tagged with GBA corporation and ward, plus public officer reference from https://bbmp.gov.in/ — citizen reference only, not an official government filing.
