They informed that due to RBI's new restrictions Lendbox is not allowed to transact anymore so they will be refunding my invested amount so far but there has not been any attempt made to communicate and provide any update whatsoever. Pls do not put even a single rupee in this app. Horrible customer experience. I am also trying to file a complaint with RBI.

Request for withdrawal on 1/10/24 company claim to transfer amount 3-5 business days but till I am not received my money. It's take to much time and company not have proper support system but after few days wait and follow up then I received my money on 15/10/24.

2024-10-01	pr*****	My autodebit has stopped. 3 SIPs were deducted monthly but suddenly my sept 2024 installment did not debit. Tried to reach the customer support but their Google form is not accepting any request. There is no contact number or email id to contact someone if anything goes wrong. So its a waste investment. Don't know how my money will be recovered.

2024-09-24	Ch*****	My installment amount got stopped which was getting debited every month and from last month this issue has started. Last month somehow amount got debited but for this month again the same issue started. I have raised queries through form link but there is no response at all from customer support team. Also I kindly request to stop the recurring deposit and credit back my money invested till date and if you want you can charge penalty as well on intrest earned I need my money ASAP.
