Overview

Features & Capabilities

Kiko is a learning app for children ages 5-10, covering Reading, Math, Science, World, Logic and Create — built to work fully offline and to stay out of a child's way while they learn.

WHAT'S INSIDE
• Reading: phonics, sight words, word families and short stories
• Math: number sense, addition and subtraction, place value, fractions and more
• Science: living things, the five senses, matter, food chains and more
• World: continents, communities, seasons and how the world works
• Logic: patterns, sorting, odd-one-out and simple debugging puzzles
• Create: a free drawing canvas — nothing here is scored or uploaded

BUILT FOR PARENTS, NOT JUST KIDS
• No child account, no login, no email or birthday ever asked
• Everything stays on the device — progress, drawings, and settings are never uploaded
• A parent zone (behind a simple number lock) shows a weekly progress report and lets you set screen-time and bedtime limits
• Works with the internet off — no connection needed after installing
• Every lesson is mapped to real curriculum standards (US Common Core and NCERT), so what your child practices lines up with what they're taught in school

HOW IT TEACHES
Each skill has a short lesson, a practice round, and a speed drill — building from "here's the idea" to "now show me you've got it." Kiko adapts as your child answers: three right in a row and it gets a little harder; a couple of misses and it eases off, so the level always matches the child, not a fixed grade average.

ONE TAP TO START THE DAY
"Today's plan" picks 2-3 things worth doing today — a mix of review and something new — so a child can tap once and go, instead of hunting through menus.

KIKO PLUS (OPTIONAL)
Unit 1 of every subject is free, permanently. Kiko Plus unlocks every unit across all six subjects, removes ads, and supports up to four children on one subscription — useful for families with more than one child, or more than one grade level under one roof.

PRIVACY, IN PLAIN TERMS
Kiko never asks a child for a photo, an email address, or a birthday. There's no camera or microphone access anywhere in the app. On Android, a small non-personalised ad may appear on menu screens for non-subscribers — never inside a lesson — and every ad request is sent with Google's child-directed treatment forced on in code.
