AttenSync

AttenSync is an employee attendance and workforce management app designed to help organisations manage attendance, live work location, leave, expenses and payroll in one place.

Employees can check in only when they are inside an active company fence. Check In can require a live camera photo for verification, while Check Out is handled automatically using location and exit-grace rules.

Key features include:

GPS-based employee attendance
Live employee location and route tracking during working hours
Company-wide attendance fences with Admin-controlled radius
Camera-based Check In verification
Automatic Check Out
Multiple attendance sessions per day
Monthly attendance calendar with Present, Late, Leave, Absent and Holiday status
Leave request and approval workflow
Expense submission and approval
Salary, payroll and payslip management
Department and workplace management
Real-time attendance and company notifications
Employee and Admin dashboards
MapLibre and OpenStreetMap-based maps
Light and Dark mode support

Administrators can manage employees, departments, workplaces, attendance fences, salary settings, approvals and payroll. Employees can view their own attendance, live location, salary details, payslips, leave requests, expenses and notifications.

AttenSync is built for authorised workforce use and helps organisations maintain clearer attendance records, location-aware check-ins and streamlined workforce administration.
