Yes, it's connected to the "Evil-Google" but if you're using privacy-first browsers like Brave or Tor, That won't be an issue. The only problem I face with it is that sometimes when I use the on-page pop up translator (usually shown by a button), it displays," service temporarily unavailable". Sometimes this persists and makes me wanna give 4 stars but since I can't find a better free translator add-on, then it remains with 5 stars.
