Import URLs (as Bookmarks or Tabs) Firefox

Import URLs (as Bookmarks or Tabs)

Extract URLs from text and import them as tabs or bookmarks

Features & Capabilities

Import URLs (as Bookmarks or Tabs) extracts links from any text or the clipboard and quickly opens them as browser tabs or saves them as bookmarks. Paste text or load a file, optionally provide a regular expression to fine-tune URL extraction, choose a bookmark folder, and control tab loading behavior for bulk opening.

The extension uses only the storage permission to remember your extraction regex and requests bookmarks permission only when you import URLs as bookmarks. Click the toolbar button to open the importer, paste or load text, and import — ideal for developers, researchers, and power users who need to batch-open links or convert lists into organized bookmarks.

User Reviews

Is there any possibility of an "Open as Tabgroup" option - that would allow choosing the tabgroup name and opening the extracted urls under it? This would be such an awesome feature addon if you ever consider it. Thank you so much for all the amazing extensions you have created!
