EDK22 Gauge Viewer

A well-portable, minimalist tool for measuring with one induction length displacement probe, also suitable for use in improvised conditions, e.g. during assembly, for various mechanical settings and adjustments

- can be used for comparative measurement of dimensions using a stand or measuring fixture

- inductive probe of the "LVDT" or "half-bridge" type of different manufacturers and different designs with a working range of up to ±5mm can be used; the probe must be calibrated by the IMECO manufacturer and will be equipped with a D-Sub DE-9(m) connector

- the user's commonly used smartphone or tablet based on ANDROID system (version 7.0 Nougat and higher) serves as the display and control unit; the probe is connected to the device with the short USB cable with a USB-C or microUSB connector

- the measurement channel is energy-saving and is powered by the device's battery; a powered USB hub can be used for longer operation

- the measuring channel has good metrological properties - the linearity of the probe is improved by numerical correction and the resolution does not depend on the range, in the all working range of the probe the resolution is 0.01 µm

Installing the EDK22 Gauge Viewer application will allow even without HW (under the 'three dots') to display the User Manual with additional details and technical data.
