Image Format Saver lets you save images from the right-click menu as PNG, JPG, WebP, or in the original image format.

All conversion happens locally in your browser. Images are not uploaded to a server, and the extension does not include tracking, ads, or affiliate injection.

Features:

Save image in original format
Save image as PNG
Save image as JPG
Save image as WebP
Adjust JPEG and WebP quality
Choose the background color used when converting transparent images to JPG

Notes:

Animated GIF and animated WebP may become a static image when converted. Use original format to keep animation.
Some protected, login-only, anti-hotlink, or blob URL images may not be convertible. In those cases, the extension will try to save the original image.
