Functions as advertised, BUT (as many people have pointed out) this DESPERATELY needs a blacklist version as well as a whitelist version (as a college student who needs extended access to an ever-growing variety of websites, this would make it much more user-friendly, imo (also ditto to whoever said the option to import and export the white/blacklists)
