This extension changes the way content on twitter.com is displayed. One tweet is displayed at a time, in a sea of blank space. Scroll down and click 'continue' to load another tweet. The more tweets you have viewed, the further you have to scroll to load the next tweet.
Slow Twitter doesn't stop you from using Twitter, or shame you. Instead it requires you slow down and be more mindful about the way you use the site.
