Users most often report that the app crashes or freezes, especially on Chromecast, Google TV, and Samsung TVs. Playback often gets stuck, and reinstalling sometimes helps. The interface is described as slow, unintuitive, and hard to navigate. Many complain that cancelling a subscription is very difficult and that ads were added without a price cut. Some reviewers say the content itself is decent.
