MedBalance

MedBalance is the official app for patients of the MedBalance clinic.

The app is intended for registered clinic patients. You sign in with the phone number registered at the clinic and a one-time SMS code.

What's inside:

• Personal care plan - the program built for you at the clinic: stages and recommendations in one place.
• Visits - see your upcoming and past clinic appointments.
• Medical records - your documents from the clinic: test results, body composition (InBody) measurements and recommendations. View and download.
• AI assistant - a smart chat for nutrition and lifestyle questions, including meal photo analysis. The assistant does not replace medical advice.
• Clinic news - updates, tips and announcements from the MedBalance team.
• Contact - WhatsApp, phone and directions in one tap.

Interface languages: Hebrew, Russian and English.

MedBalance is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a qualified physician regarding medical questions. In an emergency, call 101 (Israel). AI assistant answers are generated automatically and are not medical advice. Measurements shown in the app are entered manually or added by your clinic's care team.
