When it works, it does most everyday banking tasks satisfactorily.
Enjoyable automatic chat system that offers good human support when needed.
User-friendly onboarding process that some found easy and fun.

Terrible customer service and long wait times for support.
Frequent technical issues, including registration failures and persistent application bugs.

Opening account was easy and fast. The app is simple but has good functions and working well. For me service was good enough to answer my questions. Very low fees, most almost 0$ at this point in time.
