דרים — ניהול הבית המשותף

Darim is an Israeli system for managing the condominium — for the committee and the tenants, in full Hebrew.

What can you do

Report faults from your mobile phone, with a photo and location. The tenant sees the status until closing.
Notifications to the building — reach all tenants, without groups that disappear.
Organized collection: who paid, who owes, and automatic reminders.
Finances: income, expenses, categories and an annual status report.
Digital receipts — produced and sent by email.
Import a bank statement and match payments.
Building documents in one place: contracts, protocols, approvals.
Surveys and votes, and a board of improvement suggestions from tenants.
Tenants and apartments: who lives where, owner or tenant.

Who is this for

Condominium committees in Israel and their tenants. Joining the building is by invitation only — a link sent by the committee — so that the information remains within the building.

Security

Login with phone number and password, or with biometric identification. Sensitive committee actions require additional verification. Data is encrypted in transit.
