SelfDisciplined helps users build fitness routines around hydration and exercise reminders. The home view tracks today's water goal with quick add amounts, lets users set a daily milliliter target, and shows current progress. Users can add workout reminder tasks with a name, time, notes, and repeat type. The timer page can enable recurring water reminders between selected start and end times and shows saved training reminders. A simple statistics page shows today's total water intake and the number of saved training tasks. Settings allow users to clear saved training tasks. records. Records are kept locally on the device/browser, and notifications require user permission.
