Navigate to rightmove.co.uk
Search for your desired property (rent or buy)

You will notice an additional option in the left hand menu titled 'Commute postcode'

Add the postcode of your place(s) of work
Wait a moment for the magic to happen :)

You should now see the travel time and transport methods for each property listed. To find more detail on a particular journey you can hover your mouse over one of the icons to get a description of that step. You can also click a route to see all available journeys on TFL's site.
