Ferramenta muito boa para se organizar e fazer atendimento para seu comercio, porem, constantemente apresentou falhas ao enviar algumas mensagens prontas de video e audio, e quando relatado no canal de atendimento, alem de não resolver, foi prestado um mal atendimento, sem respostas claras e sem resolução por mais de 4 dias!! Tive que mudar de extensão, estou feliz com a outra. Após quase 2 meses do pedido de cancelamento diretamente no canal de atendimento, pois o link de cancelamento do mesmo não funcionava, a minha empresa recebe boleto de cobrança da exntesão.
