Summary

A quote from a Buddhist text is shown each time you click the Nectar icon.

Further information about the displayed quote and a link to the source text are available by mousing over the quote card and clicking "More about this quote."

Most quotes were obtained from translations of Tibetan texts generously made available by Lotsawa House (lotsawahouse.org). In the interest of respecting others' copyright, only texts that are under a license that allows publishing excerpts (e.g., some Creative Commons licenses) or that are in the public domain were excerpted from.

Quotes were obtained from three other sources in addition to Lotsawa House: Unfettered Mind (unfetteredmind.org) Internet Sacred Texts Archive (www.sacred-texts.com) The Gutenberg Project (gutenberg.org) Access To Insight (accesstoinsight.org)
