This Chrome extension blocks comments across the web, and help you keep your sanity.
The First Rule of the internet is "Do not read the comments" and it is a lot easier to follow that rule if you never even see the comments.
For the odd site where you do want to enable comments, the options page lets you turn off blocking for any particular website.
