With NeoTab, you can rearrange the grid using drag and drop, set custom wallpaper including feeds, customize links and icons, adjust grid density and padding, and enjoy features like 24-hour clock, system dark/light mode, and image cache for speedy load times. It also allows you to export/import settings between browsers. NeoTab supports various feeds including Chromecast, Bing, NASA APOD, Unsplash, and Kittens.
