IECM Sistema Electrónico (SEI)

The IECM Sistema Electrónico (SEI) Chrome extension, developed by the Electoral Institute of Mexico City, enables citizens to participate in the 2025 Participatory Budget Consultation conveniently through their mobile devices. This application provides a secure and accessible platform to register opinions and cast votes electronically.

Users can register between July 7th and July 30th, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and submit their electronic opinions and votes between August 4th and August 14th, 2025, within the same daily time frame. IECM SEI streamlines public participation in budgeting decisions, ensuring greater community involvement and transparency in Mexico City's budgeting process.
