Works great for what I need. When you need to download embedded datasets, this is the tool! And its cheap, so I locked in with the lifetime!

The free version of the add-on works well, but my experience with support was disappointing. I attempted to purchase what I thought was a one-month license via PayPal, not realizing you have to subscribe annually. When I reached out for clarification, the response was unexpectedly rude and unhelpful. Good product, but poor customer service.
