Food was not ready on collection, when I got home I realised 4 item missing, when I call them they said they do not have refund policy and was rude about it. Not contact or help in the app. Think twice before order via app, Uber and just east is more safe in case you running into problems with your order , placing charge back via bank, which is my only option.

Te*****, 2021-06-10- First order on the app and qualified for discount. - Ordered food for delivery and entered address. - Discount didn't get applied. - 15 minutes later and I had a call from the restaurant saying it was a collection and to text him my address because they can't see the address on their system. I would rather rub broken glass in my eyes than use this app again. AVOID.
