DispatchIT – Job Dispatch & EP

With DispatchIT, you can assign jobs to drivers or other field workers. Drivers can report on the progress of work in real-time.

Drivers will have access to full up-to-date details on the road. Once assigned to a Driver, all relevant information will be available to them, including Addresses, contact details, consignment info, GPS coordinates, special instructions etc. They can contact the client or get directions at the tap of a button.

Drivers can easily capture multiple events on each job, updating the status of jobs in real-time. Each event can include signature, images, GPS coordinates and other notes. This makes it a perfect solution for capturing real-time Proof-of-Delivery. A signature can be captured, or an Image of the document can also be capture if required. Other events can also be configured, such as ETA, Damaged goods, Failed Delivery etc.
