DoxOnCall: Online Doctor

DoxOnCall puts an Irish-registered doctor in your pocket. Book a same-day video or phone consultation in a few taps, pay securely with Google Pay or card, and get what you need – a prescription sent to your pharmacy, a sick certificate, a referral letter – usually within the hour.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose what you need help with – from an everyday illness to a certificate or letter.
2. Pick a time. Most days have same-day slots, seven days a week.
3. Your doctor calls you by video in the app, or by phone. You are told the moment they are ready.
4. Documents arrive in the app and by email. Prescriptions can go straight to your pharmacy.

• Every fee is shown before you pay, and you are never charged twice for one booking.
• If a booking cannot be confirmed after payment, it is refunded automatically and our team is told.
• Your consultations and documents can be locked behind your fingerprint or face unlock.

Online doctor consultations for coughs, colds, infections, rashes and skin problems, hay fever and allergies, migraine and headaches, women's health, men's health, mental health and wellbeing, prescription renewals, sick certificates, fit-to-work and fitness-to-travel certificates, referral letters, travel medication letters, and more.

IMPORTANT
DoxOnCall is not an emergency service. If someone is seriously ill or in danger, call 999 or 112.
Doctors prescribe only where it is clinically appropriate; some medicines cannot be prescribed online.
An online sick certificate is not valid for an Illness Benefit (IB1) claim – ask for the Illness Benefit certificate service if you need one for the Department of Social Protection.
