জয় এক্সপ্রেস থেকে দুরে থাকুন। বুকিং রিছিব করার ২ দিন পর দেখায় ডেলিভারি ক্যানছেল(১৫ টারিখের বুকিং রিছিব হল ১৬ তারিখে আর ক্যান্সেল হল ১৮ তারিখে) ক্যামনে কি? আর ৬ দিন হয়ে যাচ্ছে এখনো প্রডাক্ট রিটার্ন করার কোন কথা নাই। হটলাইনে ফোন দিবেন বলবে আমরা শুধু শনিবার এ রিটার্ন করি। শনিবার এ ফোন দিলে বলে আজ না কাল পেয়ে যাবেন। দেখুন আমার কথা হল একটা বুকিং রিটার্ন আসতে ৬ দিনের বেশি লাগে ইনসাইড ঢাকা, তাহলে মার্চেন্টরা কিভাবে ব্যবসা করবে? মানুষকে হ্যারাসমেন্ট ছাড়া আর কিছুই না। এতো খারাপ অবস্থা অন্য কোথাও নাই।
