My camera is working, I can hear it taking pictures but my app won’t pick up the camera’s signal

I want to add yet another review to my previous one. When we first got this, it was absolutely amazing. I would recommend it to everybody. But then they did a major change in the app for really no reason., and it made the experience so awful. Your children’s cameras used to just be the home screen, and you could just touch that individual screen to widen everything and go to that baby. Now you have to touch three different buttons. You have to go to the top left and then for some absolutely stupid reason that that makes me feel like they did no user experience testing, we all opens up at the bottom of the screen were you then have to scroll to select the child you wanna look at. Why you have to go from top left to the bottom I don’t know. Again pretty bad and frustrating. But we’re not done. Once you scroll and find the child you wanna look at, you then have to go to the top right of that box and hit done. Again, terrible UX. And it now takes even longer to go to that child to widen the screen and see what’s wrong. Maybe someone realized how dumb it was right before they launched because there was an option to look at all the cameras at once, but that is no longer the default. You have to select it. But then if you want to zoom in on a child, you have to go through that entire list of directions I said before. It takes so much more time. Especially because the app used to just be simple and now it’s trying to be way more than it needs to be while trying to push AI to monitor and track your children. For the money you’re spending, you don’t have to buy this. Even the download of the notification takes Forever. You get an alert that your child crossed out of their crib or the decibels went too high, you can’t see what initially happened that alert is downloading for 3 minutes. So you can’t only get to see the live feed when it’s important…after 2 minutes of finding the right child and waiting for the app to focus on that specific child. When the initial app update happened, I was told that the developers were working to improve things. They haven’t. Just go with something else.
