I built my own house, and I asked my contractor son to install the best system he could think of. He installed a 4 ton and a 5 ton Mitsubishi multi city system with a total of 12 ceiling registers. I have the Wi-Fi adapters on all the registers and they continually say that it has a weak signal or it’s disconnected. I’m running the most advanced Wi-Fi mesh. I have assigned priority static IP addresses to each one. According to my router, the signals are full strength on each of these devices. But according to the Mitsubishi app, it’s a weak or a disconnected signal. I expected much more for Mitsubishi.. The system was not cheap.

App is very buggy with temp set point often changing by itself, not able to connect to unit, and conflicting setting with physical controller.

Have attempted to establish a connect with new heads, on several different iPhones, followed all the manuals from Mitsubishi and the app but none have worked. It never finds the heads when pairing with Bluetooth
