Most reviews describe an unstable, content-poor app that fails to deliver real value beyond basic schedule info. Missing or broken core features: shop does nothing, tickets flow to TicketMaster and not all tickets show, no in-app wallet integration, and no notifications.
Poor UI/UX and confusing navigation with non-clickable fields, unclear icons, and lack of instructions.
Laggy real-time updates and slow/stale stats; player pick and game progress don't refresh quickly.
Login/authentication problems including password reset loops and bot-detection blocking access.

Recent reviews

There are separate apps for Ticketmaster, Climate Pledge, and the Seattle Storm. When you get tickets, one app will direct to another one and it is always an act of god to access them. Tickets come with free transit, but this is also nearly impossible to access even if you have jumped through the hoops to figure it out in the past. Please make it easier to just use the tickets that have been purchased!

New update seems to have removed the ‘choose the player’ game. I had over 30k points and was ranked in the top 30 all-time. New app looks a bit flashier, but is completely useless.
