User reviews consistently report that Gmarket Global is unreliable on iOS: frequent login/registration failures, accounts blocked, and constant errors when creating IDs. The app is slow, crashes, or won’t open, and searching or navigating can reset or stall. Cart items may disappear and checkout often fails, forcing workarounds. Customer service is perceived as unhelpful, sometimes automated. Foreign users face currency and country limitations (no KRW option; restricted shipping). Overall, updates seem incomplete and performance degraded.

Recent reviews

Truly disappointed in this app. As time goes by the app gets worse & worse. I can pay via the website but not the app. Not only that, but I get random error pages regularly on the app but no issues with the website. It’s 2025, there should not be such mediocre and small issues on an app. Not only that the customer service is horrible it’s a robot who gives the SAME answer every time!!!
